Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your DV gear, but we understand that sometimes things aren't quite right.

Returns

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with any original tags or packaging intact.

Please contact us at charlie@dannverus.com before sending anything back. We'll provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. Your refund will normally be made to the original payment method.

Free Gifts & Promotional Offers
If you receive a free gift as part of a promotional offer, the gift must be returned if you return your entire qualifying order.

If you return only part of your order and the remaining items still meet the requirements of the promotion, you can keep the free gift.

If the remaining items no longer meet the requirements of the promotion, the free gift must also be returned, or its full retail value may be deducted from your refund.

This does not apply to exchanges.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at charlie@dannverus.com. We'll put things right and, where appropriate, cover the cost of returning the item.

Exchanges

Want a different size or another product instead? No problem. Contact us and we'll let you know the easiest way to arrange an exchange.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
